GEO In-Place Inclinometer

The In Place Inclinometer (IPI) is designed for near vertical borehole applications, the principal operation and data obtained are similar to the traversing type inclinometer systems such as the portable Digital Bluetooth Inclinometer systems. Typical applications of the IPI system include the monitoring of landslide areas, stability of natural slopes and dams, railroads, highways, landslide areas and early warning of a pending slope failure, ground movements due to tunnel construction and excavation as well as monitoring deformations of embankments and retaining walls.

Geo Blue Stripe Inclinometer Casing

Inclinometer casing is a special purpose guide tubing used in traversing probe inclinometer installations to provide lateral or horizontal deformation measurements in soil, rock and structures (see separate data sheet for traversing probe inclinometers). Geo Blue Stripe inclinometer casing provides alignment and access for the traversing inclinometer probe, allowing it to obtain subsurface angle measurements. It controls the orientation of the probe with precision internal grooves and is designed to work with all commercially available inclinometer probes, and it conforms to movement of the surrounding ground or installed structure.

Incremented Geo Inclinometer Control Cable

GEO Incremented Inclinometer Control cable is used to place, index and transfer electrical signals to and from traversing uniaxial and biaxial probe inclinometer systems. Designed and constructed to work with all commercially available servo inclinometer probe designs, our cable has a heavy polyurethane outer jacket, clear, labeled depth indicator nubs, six screened conductors, with water blocking, torsion and abrasion protection safeguards around a center core stainless steel strain relief cable.

Inverted and Hanging Pendulum Systems

The Hanging and Inverted Pendulums are designed for accurate and long term measurement of horizontal movements associated with the rotation or tilting of a structure. Typical applications include determination of horizontal movements of dams, dam foundations, abutments, bridges, piers, towers, nuclear power stations, and tall buildings. Inverted and hanging pendulums are often installed in the same structure.

Easy Connect Inclinometer Casing

Easy Connect (EC) Inclinometer Casing is specially designed for inclinometer test systems which are typically installed in boreholes. However, its versatility renders it suitable for use in landfills, cast to concrete or attached to structures. It is designed to deflect with the ground, materials or structural movement and provide inclination information over a long period of time.

In-Site Inclinometer Software

In-Site is a Microsoft Windows based data presentation application, designed primarily for the Soil Instruments inclinometer systems but also usable with most commercially available inclinometer systems. In-Site's main functions are data reduction, graphing and reporting. Based on the Microsoft Access Database format, In-Site allows your site-specific databases to grow with your monitoring projects. License distribution with a USB dongle allows freedom to use your In-Site licence for multiple computers.

Digital Bluetooth Biaxial Vertical Inclinometer

Digital Bluetooth Biaxial Vertical Inclinometer System has been specially developed for monitoring lateral movements and deformations of soil, rock including retaining structures. This includes stability of embankments, dams, slopes (natural or man-made), and ground deformation due to tunneling and excavations. It utilises the very latest in Bluetooth and MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical) technology in the design of the digital inclinometer systems which provide highly accurate readings.

Digital Bluetooth Horizontal Inclinometer

Soil Instruments Digital Uniaxial Bluetooth Horizontal Inclinometer system has been specially developed for high accuracy and resolution measurement and monitoring of settlement or heave under embankments, dams, landfill and storage tanks, utilising the very latest in Bluetooth and MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical) technology in the design of the digital inclinometer system provides highly accurate readings.

Digital Bluetooth Inclined Inclinometer

Soil Instruments Digital Bluetooth Uniaxial Inclined Inclinometer System has been specially developed for monitoring lateral movements and deformations of soil, rock including retaining structures. Applications include the monitoring of inclined boreholes, down stream faces of concrete faced rockfilled dams, stability of embankments, slopes (natural or man-made); and ground deformation due to tunneling and excavations. The system ustilises the very latest in Bluetooth and MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Sensor) technology, providing highly accurate inclinometer readings.
